Mendrew Moyane

Mendrew Moyane was employed to assist the Maintenance Team on 01 April 2010.

Mendrew’s home town is Lillydale Trust, near Hazyview, where he was raised with his four sisters. His parents are now pensioners, his father having retired from the Kruger National Park, where he was employed in the Maintenance Division. Mendrew has two sons, aged 21 and 17.

When asked about his work role at Ingwelala, Mendrew informed me he is grateful to have employment, he enjoys working with his colleagues and wishes healthy progress for Ingwelala in the years to come.

On the sporting side, Mendrew is a key player in the Ingwelala soccer team, and supports the Kaizer Chiefs.

The lion is Mendrew’s favourate animal, as he enjoys and appreciates the sound of lions roaring. The Mopane tree is a firm favourite when there is an abundant crop of Mopane worms.
